Friendly service, convenient hours and location. I’ve never had any issues with this location. No issues with packages being lost, sounds like user error on the customer’s part. Prices are fair too and it’s not unreasonable for the business to add a small fee for doing some of the work on behalf of the customer. Again, sounds like the other negative review is off base.

Don’t let the cute and beautiful Bullmastiff dog greeting you at the door and reasonable prices fool you. The lady is nice but time after time they will lose your packages. I had several important legal documents go missing even while my tracking number indicated that they had signed the for delivery.

This place is a complete rip-​off! I came to mail two packages and was excited to find that they send via UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. For my first, lightly packed, medium sized box, they quoted a UPS price of $ 33.75. When I asked if the price was increased over the normal rates, they said, «well, we’re a private post office so we charge a small premium.» I took the same box to UPS because I couldn’t stomach the charge and paid $ 17. «Small» wouldn’t describe their premium in my opinion. Same story for the second package.

I love coming here! Super fast, friendly and affordable! I love being able to drop off my packages and know that everything is being handled with care. I’ve also bought canvas wall prints here and have been pleased with how they turned out.

Not a good experience. There is no reason to overcharge so blatantly! Almost double what it would cost to ship from post office for priority mail, which i thought had a pretty set price… convenience be darned, i’ll make the trip somewhere else!

Very accommodating and helpful place. They always help me find the cheapest way to ship and make sure my package is wrapped, taped and stuffed securely — for free.
