I hired Samuel and his team to paint my house. Sam power-washed, prepped, caulked and painted my house in the late summer of 2015 over a two week period. Throughout this time his team was punctual, polite and did top notch work. A short punch list was attended too immediately and without hesitation. His team cleaned up each day and did not drip a spot of paint anywhere, I mean anywhere! On spray day he had five members of his team and two paint sprayers working, knocked off in record time and with wonderful results. Four colors and a tall house, I thought this would be a challenge but not for these guys! I highly recommend Sam and his team!

These guys came to us through Carpet Liquidators and fixed the mess that another installer made. they were prompt hard working and really knew what they were doing. I would use them for other jobs around my house as well when they come up. Sam and his guys worked well for us.

If you followed my saga things have only gotten worse. His new one is not securely anchored to the existing wall. There are not studs in the wall he put up for my shower holding the tiles. there’s a crack in the grout where the walls meet as the one he put in is beginning to separate. tiles are coming off. luckily, they come off so easily that the new tile person does not have to buy new backer board. I’m out another 3000 dollars I paid Cordova $ 20,000 and I had to have everything redone. the bathroom floor tile is very bumpy but I’m not going to replace a tolit crash very small patches have been redone and underneath have been metal screws are not screwed all the way down. a picture is worth a thousand words so here are pictures. I never even got to take a shower. don’t worry about hygiene, I have a bath. Apparently I have to get in line. somebody else is not happy to the tune of more than I paid.
