I am the kind of shopper who would rather buy something and change my mind, than not buy something and wish I had. I have been shopping at this store a lot lately. My last purchase last week was $ 50. I bought 10 of something I only needed about 5 of, thinking I would do my project and return what was left. I ended up having 6 left, still sealed. When I went to return them last night, I was told I could only exchange. Had that been made clear upfront, I never would have over-​bought.
I’m not saying I will never shop here again, but I definitely won’t come as often or spend as much. You lost a good thing. This is a stupid policy.
