Don’t go near him. I was his patient(and ‘patience’ was certainly needed) for a year. His treatment methods consist primarily of prescribing corticosteroids and antibiotics until you either respond or your immune system is completely destroyed. If you don’t show an improvement he simply orders more… until he loses interest altogether and begins ‘missing’ appointments. This is standard operating procedure for him… ask any asthmatic in the Whatcom county area, where he was long the only game in town. They’ll tell you the same. And just for grins, try asking his colleagues whether or not they’d send their children to him. Their answers, while careful, are enlightening. I will also add a story about my cousin Debbie. He misdiagnosed her in a spectacular fashion. She came in complaining of headaches. After a cursory examination he ordered a CAT scan and based on the results he seemed to see, began treating her for sinus problems. She had a prefrontal brain tumor. She died of brain cancer six months later.
