This place is just awful.
My stylist, Tara, was very late both times I saw her. I mean like, 30 – 40 minutes late. For it to happen one time, okay, that’s fine. We’re all human and things happen. But consistently late and making excuses? That’s just unprofessional.
My hair was very mediocre, and my bangs did not fall properly. Tara even made me stand up for most of my cut… really?
In addition, Tara was extremely gossipy and talked about my friends, which made me uncomfortable. She was also really pushy and even told my friend and I to hand out her business cards at our university. Hmm… not happening. If I loved her and the place, I would recommend her/​the salon on my own. Which I never did.
Everything about this place was just so unprofessional. I’ve been going to Honey Salon (just a few blocks away) ever since & never looked back! :)

I was in dire need of a haircut before Saturday and they got me in the same day I called. I got a fantastic haircut. Very expert layers. My hair looks sort of bouncy now. I have already gotten a lot of compliments. And the stuff they put in made my hair so soft and nice smelling. I would go back for another haircut.

I have been going to Janet for over two years. Today is the first time that I had her colour my hair. I had been doing it myself… I LOVE it! She continues to give great cuts, AND she is very talented in colouring and highlights!

I’m going to have to say no — not a great place to go and expect to walk out feeling pretty!
The woman who greeted me when I first came in as a new client wasn’t the least bit friendly or welcoming (I’m guessing she was the owner). I wasn’t offered any water or coffee or tea (something I’ve come to expect in a salon… sorry!), but that wasn’t all. She wasn’t even friendly! It was like my coming in was an inconvenience. That in itself made me want to just up and leave.
The haircut I got is mediocre at best, not stylish at all. I think I could have gotten the same exact results at one of those walk-​in places.
SUCH a disappointment. Based on the reviews, I thought it would be a much different experience (which makes me really question the integrity of the reviews)!

I’m a haircut snob — I have a lot of hair and wear it cut fairly short, and stylists rarely thin it out enough or are careful enough to get all the little hidden flyaway bits. You can tell Jana has Vidal training and keeps up on it — I leave with my hair having a real, crisp, lovely shape. It’s nice to have style again.

My partner and I saw Gina for our hair cut and style. We love the relaxing, clean atmosphere. I’m even content to just be in the lobby waiting my turn. We come 90 miles to get here because, after such consistently great hair treatment, friendly service, and accommodating staff, we can’t settle for anything less, even after moving out if town. Gina can even gracefully handle difficult hair needs, like areas of alopecia. Now nobody can see the blemishes, and I get hit on all the time.

I have been a clients of Jana’s for years. I have been a true follower and LOVE the new salon. Jana is a true professional and always knows the right things to do. I have relied on her for the best color and cut advise. She knows what is best for my hair and her advise is always spot on and appreciated. I love that Jana takes classes to further her expertise. She is currant with all the newest styles and cool techniques. Jana does a fabulous job, I always know I am in great hands.

I made an appointment with Jana for 10 am. This would have been my first visit to the salon. I showed up about ten minutes early, and the salon was completely dark, no one home. I waited until 10 am on the dot, but it was still totally dark, door locked, empty. At this point, the first impression was so unprofessional, I had a bad feeling about even getting my hair done here, so I left. I never received a call from the salon or Jana, not even to ask why I didn’t show. Really disappointing, and very frustrating. If a salon is in such disarray that they can’t even have the lights turned on by their first appointment time, especially on a Saturday at 10 am, I am not going to trust them to do my hair. No thanks Evolve. If they want to stay open, they should be sure not to turn off first time customers with such blatant unprofessionalism.

This salon is beautiful and everyone is so nice. I went in for a cut and color. Tara did such a great job. She was able to get my color to where I wanted it in two appointments, where before it took the girl a year of appointments to get what I wanted. I am now a loyal customer of Tara’s!

Fantastic experience!
Found this salon on Unilocal,was able to make an appointment for the next day, and absolutely loved it. This is the first time I’ve been to get my hair cut and not rushed home to shower and style it the way I like it. Alyssa did a fabulous job and I will definitely be back!
