Great Clips

This is where I always went to get my haircut until my regular stylist left suddenly. When I asked, the girl here lied to me about where she had gone rather than saying they couldn’t tell me. (they said she moved away which turned out to be a lie). As I initially considered the possible truth of that, I asked about the experience of their other stylists and the girl also lied to me about their training. She said they were all trained through Great Clips and they all cut the same. (since when did Great Clips have a beauty school??)
Given the very rude tone this girl used and realizing she was telling me nothing but lies I figured it was likely my stylist had not moved. Through some searching I found her at another salon, thankfully!
I would have had no problems with recommending this place but given the rudeness and the lies given to me (a regular customer) I would never recommend this place to anyone now. Stay away, there are better places to go.

I would never recommend great clips to anyone. It’s dirty and every employee seems to be covered with hair. I got a bang trim today and it was uneven and looked horrible now I’m just glad I didn’t risk a whole haircut. The employees are not dressed professionally at all.

I walked in and was seated right away. I wanted a simple cut with length taken off and layers. Normally at a new place I always tell them to take off less than I’d actually like in case they take off too much but my girl (whose name escapes me) got the length exactly as I asked. I was in and out in less than a half hour. The reason why I only give 3 stars is that my friend was with me also getting her haircut and her stylist did an awful job and did not listen to what my friend wanted.
