As previously mentioned, for a small airport, there are 2 Halibut Henry’s and I always go post security so they dont throw away my drink.
Very small and offers some choices to eat. Like ALL airport foods, kinda pricey, but expected.
I will say this, during the early times I have gone here to catch my flight, the person who makes coffee there is always nice!

Great that they are open for coffee since it’s 4:00am. That’s what the star is for. I’m hoping that the girl working was already having a bad day or week because she was miserable!!! Worst barista I’ve ever encountered!!!

There are two Halibut Henry’s at Bellingham International Airport (BLI) — one pre-​security — one post-​security. This location is post-​security.
After passing through the TSA security checkpoint, I stopped in here to get a cup of coffee and a bottle of water to take on the flight to Seattle.
They also sell sandwiches, salads, snacks, soda, and other foods.
Coffee was strong and good! There was a bit of a line but it went pretty fast! Friendly service!
