Broke our door while towing our car, refuse to accept responsibility. Bad business. The owner claims to «be a man» but will not honor their mistakes. Stay away.

As I said, the door worked, without any issues, until your company impounded the car. It never stuck before that, how would you even know? At least I am man enough to admit my mistakes and own them, we never got upset at our mistake that caused you to tow us. As to the delay, we had mentioned the night we got the car, I had the best intentions to call sooner, my very busy work schedule got in the way. (I work 100 hours a week or more)
There was no slander, you may want to look the word up in a dictionary, you earned the single star review as much as we earned th 370 $ bill for parking in the wrong spot. We never contested this, we were polite and civil even when we found the damage to our car.
Your dismissal of the problem and condensing attitude were poor businessmanship. I am a locksmith of 13 years, I know the inner workings of a door, and can repair it with ease. This is not the point. You damaged our car while breaking in to impound and refused to accept any fault, you than try to tell me how it just stopped working and claim that we had problems that we never did.
I will see you in small claims court.

This place is a soulless pit. Don’t waste your time they charge an arm and a leg. The ladies at reception are rude and short tempered. Find any other towing company! And if you are stuck dealing with them. Take them to court.

Great service. Only downside was a 70 minute wait for the tow to arrive. Otherwise very nice driver, very safe and courteous

Super friendly and helpful! Saved us a tow and expensive maintenance by helping us figure out the issue (weird security/​ignition thing on a VW Jetta) before towing. Most tow companies would have towed without asking questions :)
