This place is absolutely brutal. The staff is rude and useless. I have been to cleaner gas station bathrooms than this place. I’d don’t imagine anyone has cleaned this place since they opened as it is disgusting and filthy. The staff don’t clean as they are too busy stuffing junk food in their faces at the front desk. I’d never recommend this horrible place to even people I don’t like! Keep away!!!

This is a great place for young children to play. My children are 8, 5 and 3. Have them run and bounce out their wiggles! :)

I have two girls (2 & 4 years old) and they both love JAFZ. We go mid-​week so there are less kids and there are some deal 2 for 1 Tuesday and double punch Thursdays. They have seating for parents but I watch the kids play… make sure it does not get too rough. The employees are very nice and always look out for the little ones. It is a great place to let loose of some eergy on a rainy day.

Kids love this place. Good to go on down times mid week. But good way to get some energy out of the kids. Scheduling a party there now. Should be fun!

I am updating my review to state that if you are the parent of a 6 year old ADHD boy, you will love this place.
After visiting today, I don’t know that we’ll be going back again. We are now 3 injuries in 3 visits.
Today was packed, including a school group.
My 3 year old daughter was injured. As she was leaving a bouncy house, a boy pushed her in the face, shoving her off the ramp, where she landed on her head on the thin carpet (over cement). She has a huge goose egg with carpet imprint (scratch), bruising, and another bruise by her eye.
My child is gentle and polite and every time we are here we encounter high-​strung children that act wild, crazy and rude. If you end up going when the place is packed, you’re just asking for trouble.
Something needs to change. I’d love to bring my daughter here more often but I refuse to see her hurt again.
