This place is one of the most considerate and through euro shops in town. They offer quality advice and employ careful skilled workers. Highly recommended for factory servicing.

I have never had an Auto Repair experience quite like this one. I would describe it but you would literally not believe some of the details. Keith quickly creates trust and his staff provide a Four Seasons service level except that they do it with with humility and good humor.
Can’t say enough: unique vehicle, few repair shops really understand it, no parts available and Sarah was searching Russian language websites (unprompted) to find options. They easily fixed small issues I was convinced would require a new transmission. They laid out multi-​stage options for a potentially expensive repair quickly and easily. They communicate well and stay inside their quote.
These guys have great reviews because they are the real deal. Bring your business there. You will not regret it.

I’m so glad to have Keith Cox Autobahn to take care of my MiniCooper. His service is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. When I stopped by with a minor issue recently, Keith took care of it personally and right away. I was able to get it looked at, taken care of, and on my way in fifteen minutes or less. My husband and I have been relying on Keith Cox Autobahn for both car maintenance and car purchase advice for almost ten years. We wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

I am not from the area, but when my ’93 BMW had a problem while I was in town I was really lucky to end up here. The customer service was fantastic, they didn’t talk down to me at all, showed me what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Can’t say enough great things.
