Very unprofessional! We arrived early but it didn’t matter. Doors weren’t unlocked till I called the manager 15mins after our appt time, just to be told by the very rude receptionist who had my appointment time as 9… the day before in person, that it’s actually 10. She is really good at dirty looks and doesn’t put effort or time into her job professionally. What a joke! Not to mention the appointment was a wasted trip from Marysville to just find out that they can’t change anything through insurance for a month. Don’t go here! They will waste your time and aggravate you!
