Exceptional workmanship and customer service. You often have to sacrifice one for the other but not at Marty’s. I was in what I thought was a minor fender bender heck the other vehicle, a large SUV, had no damage and i was planning on paying out of pocket. I went to Marty’s on the recommendation of several coworkers and I am so happy I did. They advised that I go through my insurance to get an estimate. I was shocked at the figure the adjuster for my insurance company came up with. Needless to say I wasn’t going to pay out of pocket. I scheduled my appointment. The shop waiting area is comfortable, clean, bright, and everyone was very pleasant. It speaks volumes about the kind of business they run and the care they will take with your car. A rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Sam and the team at Marty’s kept me up to date on everything, answered every question, and worked with my insurance company even through the aren’t an affiliated shop. My car looks amazing. All the parts line up perfectly and you cannot tell that the paint on my repaired grill and fender wasn’t the original factory paint. I try to take good care or my cars because I keep them for a long time and I worked hard to pay for them. My car is as good as new. Thanks to the team at Marty’s for the wonderful job they did. I am extremely happy and highly recommend them.

I was in a tough spot and Marty’s helped me out big time. I had to have my headlight removed to change the light bulb and they jumped through a lot of hoops to get me in and out right away, and they were very friendly. Highly recommend!

We used to be fans of Marty’s Auto Service. Marty and his daughter were friendly and gave good quick service. In the last two years we feel it is on the decline. They are repairing cars three weeks out. The receptionist is rude and answers the phone with a bark «Marty’s». This doesn’t sit well with us and we cannot wait three weeks for repair to our car. Maybe they have taken on too much business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Aside from the fact that my windshield is COVERED with millions of tiny droplets of paint and the molding around the window is also covered in paint because these JERKS didn’t properly prep the car before painting they Extremely rude on the phone starting with hello, SLOW, SLOW, SLOW to repair. My 2014 Mazda 6 was in for a crumpled bumper (just over $ 1,000 so very minor) it took two weeks for them to complete the work. One week to receive the parts (not their fault) another week for the work and I was promised it would be ready late Tuesdy/​ealry Weds on the second week and couldn’t pick it up until Friday. Also the car was dirty inside with tracks from work books and the leather trim on passenger side where repair work was being done was covered with prints/​smudges in some type of fine white dust. Outside where the work was done the same white powder smudges so clearly they did a half arse job cleaning up their mess. Overall I would NEVER go there again and I would NEVER recommend. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

i have been a customer of Marty’s for over 20 years. I don’t need his services often, but when I need auto body service, the very first thing I have learned to do is stop and ask him the best way to proceed, regarding insurance, surcharges, deductible, options, etc, etc. Marty tells me what, why, and how to proceed, which I do, and his advice is always spot on.
His staff is wonderful, and his work is excellent. I can’t say enough.

Excellent service, Marty takes great care of you and your car — I would not choose this over any dealer autobody shop for my new car — I recently had my car in for a bumper repair and as usual, car looks like new again. My family has had 3 cars repaired here in the past 10+ years — 2 bumper repairs, 1 extensively damaged car. Marty, the owner, has done a wonderful job expanding his business and is always around if you want to speak to him. Always, the job was done professionally, on time, and always kept up to date on progress. I highly recommend Marty’s over other body shops, you cannot go wrong.

I called Marty’s to see if he does accident appraisals (my car was totalled and I’m tussling with my insurance company about the settlement amount). The FAQ section of Marty’s website dealing with insurance issues was so well-​written and understandable, I figured I’d give him a call even though I live fairly far away (in Boston).
Marty took the time to listen to all the details of my situation and then gave me straightforward, practical advice (that incidentally, did *not* include paying him for his services!) It was extremely gratifying to talk with someone who clearly values honesty and customer service so highly.
Given the time and expertise he shared with me — a simple call-​in — I can only imagine the level of knowledge and care he must give to his regular paying customers. Even considering the distance (~30 miles) I think I might be using Marty’s for any auto bodywork I need from this point on.
