Update: November 2015: I LOVE Michaels and the Bellingham location continues to provide me with all of the art supplies I need, yet I still am upset with the service provided my Andrea(who is so annoying) and manager Mark. Yesterday, on Black Friday, I was in the Bellingham area and decided to shop at Michaels and AC Moore, so I could use more than one coupon. At AC Moore, all 8 registers and the Jewelry register were ALL open. At Michaels, 3 cash registers were open, while Andrea was talking about throughout the store. When I asked her if she could see if anyone else could take a register, she said no one else was available. This is while I see manager Mark handling boxes and boxes of pizza! He should be helping out while the line is growing to 10 or more people and not getting ready for the entire establishment’s lunch! How rude! I will be shopping at the Westwood Michaels much more often and skip the Bellingham location. This is not where I want to be spending much of my money. 1 star. April 2015: Ok… This Michaels store is still very well organized and clean, yet this store does not go by their policies. I called the store asking if they accepted Jo-Ann Fabrics coupons, as the Newton Michaels(and now the BRANDNEW Westwood store) does. They said they did, so I brought my coupon from JoAnn for $ 5 off your purchase of $ 5 or more. At this store they said they wouldn’t be abel to process it. THENEWTON&WESTWOODMICHAELS’ DID! Plus, Andrea was incredibly strict and not friendly as manager Jean at the Newton store. I suggest the Newton and Westwood Michaels’ stores, skip this annoying place!

I just had an excellent experience at Michael’s! I needed to get multiple paintings framed and was personally helped by the frame department for about a half hour, finding the best frames for the best price. Great customer service and great prices– my frames even ended up being buy one, get one free!
