Allowing children to participate in POLE DANCING like a sexy stripper is so deplorable and ignorant of reality, nevermind bad parenting, and I would call DCF, these places should be held responsible for endangering minors at least. I hate them.

Going to my second class tonight. Can’t wait! The location is great with lots of parking, the instructors are awesome and the workout is amazing! Your core and arms will be sore the day or two after, but it is so much fun you will forget you are working out :) I have never laughed so much while working out. I have no dance training, so I felt like I had two left feet at times, but I did better with the swings around the pole. the flirty fireman is my favorite so far. :)
If you have wanted to try pole fitness, don’t be intimidated, the instructors make you feel comfortable and the ladies are average women, not the girls you see in clubs ;) Put on some shorts and a tank and come try a class!
