We had a pan fire in our kitchen (thank God for a good smoke alarm) that created a massive amount of smoke and smell in our home. We started the claims process with our insurance company because we were certain we were facing a huge cleaning bill. Then we called ServiceMaster of Whatcom County, since we knew them to provide high integrity and excellent customer service. We wanted their quote before our insurance company sent someone else out.
‘Rob’ arrived and surveyed the damage. He determined that the residue wasn’t significant and that the strong odor could be cleared up with a HEPA fan. He left the fan with instructions for use. We were left with a huge relief, not with a huge cleaning estimate. Once again, ServiceMaster’s integrity and service saved the day!
