Silver Safari

I had never been into the silver safari in the Alderwood mall and I had the best experience I was helped by a pierced by the name of Rachel who was extremely helpful on helping me find jewelry that would stop irratating my skin. I will definitely be going back because of her.

What a classy, cool, and clean environment. I got my nipple’s pierced. The licensed piercer Wendy was so helpful. I would recommend anyone to this upscale boutique.

If you want to waste your time and then be treated like crap by rude and inexperienced snobby little girls then definitely check this shop out! My girlfriend called ahead of time to make an appointment and they told her to come on down, just be there 20 minutes before they close, so she did. When she arrived 30 minutes ahead of time a snobby hipster girl told her they were not taking anyone else for the evening. She explained that someone on the phone had told her otherwise which is why she took the trip. Then another rude and snobby girl came out with an immediate attitude and pretty much called her a liar. The two girls proceeded to tell her they would talk to the piercer and began to show her jewelry however could not answer any of her questions knowledgeably. My girlfriend is foreign and not covered in tattoos or piercings. In all honesty she looks like someone you wouldn’t find in a tattoo shop which is why I believe they were so rude to begin with once they saw her in person. Luckily for me I started getting piercings far before I was 18 so by the time I was a legal adult I was treated pretty respectively when entering shops for the first time for consultations to get piercings or tattoos. However it’s 2015! Since almost everyone I know has piercings and tattoos I assumed the prejudice of biased hipsters over «normal» looking individuals entering shops for the first time had ended. Apparently at this too cool for school spot it hasn’t. Silver Safari, rude individuals who lack common courtesy and customer service will not help your shop thrive in the future. If I could give zero stars I would! What should have been an awesome experience for someone was completely ruined and for that shame on you.
