Studio One Twelve

I used to go to this salon before owners changed. Back then I never had a single complaint. I decided to give it another chance even though Shar is no longer running the place (sad face!!). I had an appointment for a bang trim. But when I showed up right on time, the woman who I was scheduled with wasn’t even there. The new management was very unkind and unfriendly. Very cold the first thing she said to me was «who are you here to see?» …ANYTHING other than that would have been 10 times more welcoming. She didn’t introduce herself, ask me how my day was or anything. The only other thing she asked was if I had been in the salon before. When I told her I used to see Shar I got no response. I found that INSANELY RUDE. Not only this, but while she explained to me that she would try and get a hold of the girl I was supposed to see she wasted time walking around and waiting for her client who was late for his appointment and didnt even show up for another 10 mintues. Once he finally got there she proceed to tell me she would cut my bangs when she was done with him if the other staff member didn’t show up. Now my issue with this is that ANY other person running a salon would have just cut my bangs while they were waiting for their client. It takes less than 3 minutes… its a bang trim… not a hair cut. And if your running a business, you damn sure should be prepared to take responsibility if you can’t manage your staff properly. So i waited for 25 minutes before realizing how incredibly unprofessional this place is and left. Before the management changed, this was my GO TO salon. I never went anywhere else. But this new owner… has horrible business manners.
