ZERO customer service. Business will NOT last. Looked at brochure available at counter 6″ breakfast sandwich with White eggs, black forest ham and cheese! Cost is $ 3.00. NOT NOW (Get rid of menus to go) TOTAL COAST for 6″ mini is $ 4.89 with tax. Rest my case. $ 5.00 Foot Long Days ARE DEAD! Menu on Board at $ 4.50.
MY PROBLEM but better change the SKAM on menu furnished by SUBWAY, INC.
It is time and I love Subway but time to get employees that speak English and know how to show some treat their customers. THANK YOU SUBWAY!

I know everybody has bad days but the girl serving me could have at least faked it a little. I got charged .75¢ for avocado which was squeezed out of a bag and was thinly spread on my sub, ripoff. Also I don’t know how expensive spinach is but I counted the six leafs she first put on my sub and looked offended or bothered when I asked for more. Hopefully next visit will work out better.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a subway. I got 5 pieces of olive, 5 slices of pickle, and an absurdly small amount of everything else compares to every other subway in the city is ridiculous. This restaurant sucks. Do not give them service until they are up to par with the rest in town.

Do not patronize this pathetic restaurant if you want to choose your own sub (especially meatball subs). I have been here multiple times where they have run out of meatballs (3 – 5 hours before closing) and more often than not, they refuse to make more to cater to their CUSTOMERS. Even when they do make more while you wait (10 minutes or more), they give you NOTHING for your time and trouble in waiting (like a free small drink, or a dollar or two off your order). These people only care about the money, not about their customers. Go to the Subway on Samish, their restaurant is clean and the employees care about making their customers happy.
