There is a couple of people that work there that are nice but there manager it seems has brought the place down. I hope they can get their act together.

I wish that I could give more stars because they have a huge selection of juice for the customer service is so bad by the so-​called boss that it makes me not want to ever go back like I was almost disgusted in the way he was treating me. Basically I was asking him a few questions about My box mod like what flavor is popular etc on a 2 post rda and he literally laughed at me and said haha girls don’t usually use box mods so I don’t know an answer to your question I mean really dude you couldn’t just keep that to yourself suck it up and spit out an answer that you think I might like you had to really go the route of being the most dick you could be? The guy actually helping me was nice but I was just very uncomfortable the whole time because that boss was making snide remarks at me the whole time rolling his eyes at every question I had about every juice and I was just very uncomfortable. I’d rather order the juices that they have offline and ever go back and be humiliated in front of customers are just in front of the stuff because the boss thinks it’s silly that a girl vapes? I mean really I’ll just not go back if girls are welcome in there because girls don’t know s*** about vaping according to him then I’ll go somewhere else that has no problem educating me on certain things that I want to know answers to! Such a bummer because I actually like to the store to set up the products and all the staff that seemed super willing to help me but the boss really made me never ever want to step foot in there again! No greeting coming in now thank you come again going out and literally just a rolling and laughing at me literally for any question I had so disappointed shaking my head!

Best vape shop I have found! Excellent selection and the staff is amazing! They are patient and really take the time to make sure that you are getting something that you will love! They always make sure you are getting what you need and they really take the time to educate their customers on different products. They have an amazing selection of different juices and equipment. Whether you are just starting out or you are advanced in vaping, they are definitely worth checking out! Definitely my go to vape shop, I always leave happy!

I used to work for Mt Baker Vapor, and Total Vape has more juice and retail staff that will answer your phone questions. Mine was about how gunked my Atlantis coils were getting and very fast. The gentleman on the phone remembered me from in person and answered all my questions.

Awful customer service. Devon was rude towards all my questions and was not happy to help me whatsoever. Unpleasant all around. Work on your people skills little man.

Straight up terrible customer service, walked in asking about the «herb» liquids and they were blaring terrible dubstep electronic music, I couldn’t hear the guy talking and kept leaning in to hear him answer my question and after the second question I couldn’t hear he says, «You must go to a lot of shows my friend.»
No dude I jut couldn’t hear you because of the garbage music you were playing and you straight up mumbling half with your vape in your mouth. Lost my business for good.
