Terrible customer service. They never returned our calls, emails or letters. Install was never completed, despite leaving many messages. Horrible quality and service. I would never recommend them or do business with them. In fact think I will turn them into the Better Business Bureau.

We had this company come out and put down flooring in the kitchen and the living room and down one hallway. They told us that the flooring would stand normal wear and tear including being up to the front door and that moisture, under normal circumstances, would not affect the flooring. This is a laminate flooring that looks like hardwood. Two years later the top layer of the flooring is peeling away from the backing causing large bubbles all over the floor from the front door to about 20 feet in. After several visits to the store and phone calls which were ignored we finally got somebody to come over. He told us it I water damage. We assured him it was not and he said that the only thing he could do was to send over some assessors who he was pretty sure would say that it was water damage agree with him. That was the last we heard. They never sent anybody over and we are now left with damaged flooring and no recourse. The damage is getting worse and I don’t know how many thousands of dollars is can cost us to get it right. This company is not only disorganised to the point where they extremely rarely follow up on any of their promises but also are not interested in helping out customers when there is a problem.
Before we realised quite how bad they were we went in and looked carpeting for another area of the house. Despite repeated phone calls and visits to the store they once again ignored us. Since we then tried to get the problem with the flooring sorted out I am actually very grateful that they did not follow up since we would now under no circumstances do business with them.

Purchased wood laminat floors. Lied about quality. The floors dent when you simply sit in a chair… I only weigh 130. They won’t return calls to correct the situation. Don’t buy there.

The house we bought had been carpeted by Walker’s, and it looked great. They’re excellent at carpet, or at least the installers we had were very good.
However, we needed the hardwood floor, damaged by water, sanded down and refinished, and were promised it would all match and it would look like new. After two tries at it, it still isn’t right, and they had over a month to do it while we were gone. The water-​stained areas where they had inserted new wood looked excellent. The refinishing in the center of each room looked okay, but the hand-​sanding near the walls was done wrong and the staining there was terribly blotchy and far too dark — we could have done those areas in a far more workmanlike manner ourselves. We didn’t expect absolute perfection, but we had assumed it would have been in a professional manner. They did reduce the price by half, but that doesn’t help; it will still have to be sanded down and re-​stained or we’ll take a hit when we sell it someday. We were terribly disappointed and displeased.

In my business we follow benhind many carpet retailers and tWalkers does a great job with instalation and customer service in my opinion. Thier customers are always happy with the finished product they provide and as a carpet cleaning business we like to service quality product.
