A very good experience overall, back in summer 2012 after we bought a house that needed all new windows.
Their estimator (Ed) is VERY good at what he does — he was done taking his measurements so soon I was sure there’d be errors, but no, he got all 19 window sizes right.
They were the first to get their bid to me, and it was the low bid. Then they (Pam) were very patient with me as I asked them to price several options (changing some fixed windows to sliding ones, and white vs brown window frames).
The installation crew did a fine job, and put us at ease, too. Plenty of good-​natured ribbing flew back and forth as the work progressed, and they included us in their fun, too. They left no debris behind, and they cleaned all the windows («so they’ll look their best») before they left.
