While the drivers are friendly, the buses often come absurdly earlier (ten minutes!), making it difficult to call the service reliable.

$ 1 to get anywhere in Bellingham. Super friendly drivers, not intimidating, always on time. Clean and newer style buses, always a place to sit.

WTA is such a great service for the students of Whatcom county. They are consistently on time. The drivers are friendly and helpful. They are observant abd willing to wait a few seconds for «runners»! Give it a try and save some gas money!

I couldn’t be happier with WTA, honestly. :)
The drivers are friendly, the buses are clean, and the schedules are kept!
The system services almost all parts of Bellingham, with acceptable frequency. The system also reaches out to other parts of Whatcom County — notably: Blaine, Ferndale, and Lynden. The system even ventures to Mt. Vernon.
I’m a new rider, but, I’m here to sit back, and enjoy the ride! :)
