Zoots provides friendly and efficient cleaning services. The people are both friendly and efficient. They also do tailoring and repairs — I have used both and they are very dependable. The email notifications when your clothes are in is very handy too!

I am lazy and have accepted it. If I could afford to have all my clothes dry cleaned here I would. The people who ring me up are always courteous. They never complain or raise eyebrows when I come in with all my clothes full of the little white dog hairs.
The system they have with the lockers seem cool but I have not tried it yet. I do see quite a few people using it though.
This location is always bustling and they have a decent tailor on site (need to check her schedule).
When I have left my clothes there for what seems like an eternity (to them) they give you a call to remind you. But be warned they give AWAY your clothes to Goodwill if you wait to long. My brown suede coat, ugh…
