DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RATES RANDOMLY AND FOR NO REASON. They rented me a unit on the bottom floor at the bottom of a ramp, and the walls didn’t even go high enough to cover my entire unit. Someone could stand at the top of the ramp and just reach in and take something out of my unit, even when it was locked. I complained for 2 weeks until they finally put some chicken wire up. So now the opening is blocked, but I have no privacy, and other customers still toss garbage into my unit! Then after 5 months they raised my rate by $ 10. Then after 9 months they raised it another $ 10. I called, and they offered no explanation other than they gave me 30 days notice. WHICH THEY DID NOT. Until I hear back from someone who can actually give me answers, I consider this place a scam. They are charging me way more than the «on site» rate on their website, and even that is way more than the price they offer to new customers. The only way they seem to stay in business is by attracting new people to scam, while screwing over their loyal customers. I don’t care how nice the place is, the customer service is terrible. If you rent here, expect your rate to increase exponentially.
