My families outside hose handle completely broke off, so we couldn’t turn the handle without cutting ourself. My dad was unable to take the entire thing off because it was so rusted and old, so Cross Island Irrigation came to help.
They found the water source just for the backyard (that we didn’t know existed), took off the old hose handle and rusty screws and replaced it with a brand new one that wouldn’t cut us.
All this was done within 20 minutes. They were thorough and explained what was going on so the customer was on the same page. Great work was done and my dad was thrilled he didn’t need to figure it out himself.
Highly recommend this father/son team and would definitely use them again.

Read the review, as they performed no services for us.
I ended up having one of the exterior pipes that comes out of the house to feed the sprinkler burst over the winter. It’s time to open up the sprinklers so I had to get it fixed. Wanted to get a couple estimates.
I got a quote of $ 800. They seemed nice enough, but I’ve learned it’s always best to get a few opinions. Called my go to place. They stopped over and performed the entire job for $ 165.
$ 800 vs. $ 165.
One more time — $ 800 vs. $ 165.
About 20% of the cost. The entire job took just over an hour.
I’d be happy to change this review when/if I hear back from this company as to why they were looking to charge me just about 5x more than what it ended up costing me. Until then, you can read the above and judge for yourself.
People like this are disappointing.
