Good store WHEN they have what you want in stock. Last 4 and I swear 4 times I came in with myself or my son we had to pick out at least 5 different sneakers until they had what we want d in stock. I honestly feel they are pulling the bait and switch. «Yes we have those 49.99 sneakers that are on sale in stock» 3 minutes later «no we don’t but maybe you’ll like these. They are 89.99 or I can call another store»
Sorry not driving to Oceanside for sneakers. Get better stock or ya lost me.

I have to say that this store is «incredible» as the name states. The staff is more then knowledgable and professional. They went over and beyond to help me with exchanging running sneakers. Jordan and Heidi went out of their way to make sure I was ready to run my next race and perfectly fit me for a pair of sneakers. I’ll never shop anywhere else! THANKS GUYS!!! It pays to shop local :). They are loyal to their customers. Especially as they greeted other customers in the store by name. Hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time!

Went to this store today since I didn’t feel like driving to the mall to get a pair of sneakers for my daughter. I must say, I was impressed with my shopping experience. We had a nice young man (Andrew M) who was professional, helpful, and very likable. I told him my daughter has a bit of a wide foot and made great recommendations for her. He measured her foot and insured a proper fit. The store manager even came over and checked as well. Great selection of shoes, socks, there was even a sale on North Face jackets! I will definitely be coming back here!!!

This is a great sneaker store. I have been outfitting my family here for years. Excellent customer service. They stand by their product. A lot of attention goes into the fit of each shoe on your foot. Good quality products and brands that are in demand. Definitely a good find.

I needed new sneakers while visiting my parents for the holidays and they recommended Incredible Feets. The customer service was excellent. I am used to the Sports Authority shoe buying experience, and this is much more personal. Someone helps you, suggests shoes, checks the fit, etc. The woman who helped me even told me to come back if I had a coupon (theirs or a competitor) and they would give me a price adjustment. I went back today with a $ 5 coupon and they refunded my card. Awesome!
I would definitely recommend this store and will come back in the future.
