Great people, very easy to deal with. My tv was just out of the warranty when the sound all of a sudden went out. They took a look at it free of charge and gave me a quote the next day. This was great because I didn’t want to put money into it without knowing whether the entire repair would cost me an arm and a leg.
The quote they gave me was fair and I got my tv back the following week. Haven’t had a problem with it since. I have brought in my laptop since then and they were nice enough to give me a discount because I was just there with my tv. I like discounts; you can even say it’s my thing, and in case you were wondering, the discount is what really boosted my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
I didn’t really notice whether they were good at returning calls. But then again, they were the ones calling me — I didn’t have to call them unless it was to follow up on a message they left me.
