Needed to go to the pharmacy for a last second prescription. There was one guy back there, middle aged didn’t get name. They didn’t have it so i said ok, i left and called a few more places and the other places were just to far too go so i said i can wait a few days & went back to cvs and told him it’s ok i can wait for you guys to order it. He basically said no, can’t help you. I don’t get it, order the pills and help the customer but he didn’t want to. Maybe the other pharmacists are nice but that guy sucks. Customer service up front is ok, there is one guy up there who is very good and kind, wish i knew his name he deserves a shout out. There are a few others up there that aren’t worth a damn. If you don’t like your job get a new one. If you need a script filled go to the rite aid down the street.

Awful customer service. I had sent a 25% off coupon to my ExtraCare card, like I’ve done a half dozen other times. It didn’t show up. I asked the clerk about it and she was very rude. She sighed when I asked for her to call a manager to override it. The manager explained that these coupons were taking up to a day to show up cards now(it does not say that on the coupon email nor has this been the case in the past). He said that if I showed him the email on my phone, he would honor it. Great… except I don’t have a data plan on my phone and they don’t have free wifi. The manager said there was nothing he could do about the coupon – a coupon that is sent to every ExtraCare cardholder with an email address. Clearly, he should have just overrode it and given me the discount. It’s not like it’s a secret coupon. But he didn’t. I asked, «So if I walk the whole way home and print it out and bring it back, I’ll get the discount?» He said yes. However, when I got home, I found out that says that I can’t print the coupon out since it’s already been sent to my card. Seriously?! Clerks and(especially) managers should be made aware of all promotions and coupons sent to card holders. They should also know how to override things when something goes wrong that is the fault of the store. Thanks for wasting my time.
