I love this place. As a cyclist, it is a wonderful place that is off the beaten path to stop and refuel or relax. The café serves a variety of coffees, teas, smoothies, and some baked goods. There are also walk up refrigerators stocked full of Noosa Yoghurt, local hummus, fresh milk, sodas, juices, and the like. It is hard to find a place with the charm and local flare that exists here. It’s a great support to Colorado and the local community as almost everything sold here is made locally and in Colorado and the FoCo area. I highly recommend stopping here on your next ride or if you happen to be in the area or not, give it a try. Stoked on this café and the establishment.

This would be a great coffee shop … if they ran it like a coffee shop and not their company break room. As a local cyclist, I’ve been stopping at the Cow since they first opened. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be going back. — I went there one day when they had lost their water supply during construction. I stood in line waiting to order while the counter person fixed a sandwich for the customer in front of me. While I waited, she asked if I was going to order food, and I told her I wanted a latte. It was only when I was standing at the register, had already ordered, and was ready to pay that she told me they didn’t have water and couldn’t make the drink. — There have been times I have paid and am waiting for my order, and watch as they take other orders before even starting mine. I have seen them stop in the middle of fixing an order to return to the register for another customer. So, even if I’m lucky enough to walk in and see there’s no line, if someone comes in after me then my order could still be delayed. It’s simple folks; Take an order. Make that order. Repeat — Once I stopped during a mid-morning ride to get a cold drink and snack. Two women came in with their young children and it was obvious they worked at Morning Fresh and were there on their day off. While I was sitting there, the children raced around, screeching and throwing themselves down on the floor. These things happen, so I took my stuff outside to the patio where it was quiet. About ten minutes later, they came out there too. Rather than go back inside to avoid the commotion and have them follow me again, I left. Hey, if I wanted to drink coffee at a day-care I’d go there. — I’ve seen employees walk in and go behind the counter to serve themselves. Great for them, but if they have a problem or question they will immediately get the priority attention of the person working the counter, making the paying customer wait even longer. It makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing them instead of the other way around. I really think the managers need to decide if they want to be a public coffee shop or a private kitchen. Since I don’t work there, I’ll take my business elsewhere while they make up their minds.

I concur with Angela, this is a great place off the beaten path, a path which needs to be beaten much more! American entrepreneurship at it’s finest.

If I could give it more than a 5 star I would! First off, the coffee shop is on the dairy farm that actually makes Noosa yogurt. This yogurt is amazing, Australian style with fruit. They even have GF granola to go with it. Their coffee menu is top notch having real coffee options not syrup ones like other chains. Their chocolate chai looked amazing. I got an almond milk latte(I know it’s on a dairy farm) but my husbands cortato was amazing! If your a cyclist they have patch kits and food not just pastries! You can grab milk to go there as well!
