Okay, I’m going to attempt a review here, although my info might be a bit old, and not up to date. (PLEASE correct me if I am wrong.)
I think that Aurora Communications is the official company name of what once was San Francisco Radio Station KGEI. See the following HISTORY:

Location: KGEI Radio Transmitters and Station were located just East of Redwood Shores, on the approximately 50 acres of baylands/​bayfront flatlands, shared with KNBR Radio Station Transmitters. This is South of Foster City and the small island known as ‘Bird Island’, and North of Steinberger Slough and Bair Island. The Station/​Transmitter site was nominally accessible by a hardened dirt road, from Radio Road, Redwood Shores, this dirt access road passing directly under the very high-​voltage PG&E main-​power overhead transmission lines, that exist along this side of San Francisco Bay.
Recreational: This entire peninsula area, hard by the waters of the San Francisco Bay, is ‘fronted’ by extensive dikes/​seawalls, along which there was (at last investigation, however some time ago) a hiking/​bike path, on top of the seawalls, which might have been improved today, with a paved hiking/​trail, suitable for recreational hikers/​bikers, who might enjoy viewing the antenna site and bayfront area. However, it is reported that much of this bayfront peninsula area has now already been developed, with new housing construction.
