My brother’s computer broke and my mom took it in to this place. Sam was the person who helped us out. Sam was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain/​answer questions we had promptly. There was some negotiation of the pricing, which probably would have annoyed other business owners, but Sam was more than willing to accommodate our needs/​budget restrictions. The laptop was also fixed quickly and runs better than ever and Sam even threw in Windows 10, when he didn’t have to.
The only downside, which isn’t any poor reflection of Sam or the business model, is the fact that it’s very difficult to find this place. It’s behind Shalizar (the Persian banquet hall), and the little business area it’s in gets totally eclipsed by the building. The Suite number is also the address, so if you’re looking for 372, it’s incredibly easy to miss. It’s probably better to just park at the larger shopping area near the 7 – 11 and just walk over.

Sam was excellent in fixing my shattered IPhone 6 screen and best of all it cost the same as Apple charges. He was friendly and speedy in his work. In an out of the store in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend him.

I found their place off of google, when i called john at the location was very nice and answered all my questions. He also offered me a free diagnostic to bring my macbook pro. He schedule and appointment for the same day.
When i walked to itechchimp, he welcomed me and went over what he is going to do step by step, doing diagnostic to approving any parts or etc. also to mention that they will txt u along the way if you want to let you know about the process step by step.
Price was reasonable too. I totally recommend itechchimp for your computer issues.
