Ahhh, Jordan’s. This Native Californian loves great ice cream, and when I can get away for a visit with my BFF, we hit Jordan’s more times than I should admit(but who’s counting!) I’ll be back… soon!

Ice cream made on site with homemade waffle cones is pure heaven. We stumbled on this place by accident and have just made our 2nd trip. Every flavor is a winner and can’t wait to come back again.

I would venture to say Jordan’s is the BEST ice cream I’ve ever tried. We happened upon it while on vacation and decided to see what the crowd was about! There was a huge variety of flavors from traditional(cookie dough) to exotic(white chocolate habanero) and everything in between. The ice cream is so thick & creamy, I could barely get it on the spoon! We had coconut cream that was decadent and salted caramel crunch, heavenly! I also sampled Eye Opener which was espresso ice cream with chocolate covered coffee beans. Every bite was bliss. Jordan’s is a MUST try!!!

Our must have treat on our way north. Creamy smooth ice cream served in fresh crunchy cones. Generous sized servings that really hit the spot on a hot day. Served by pleasant smiling kids.

jordans!’ ! Yum Yum, what else is there to say. The coffee Heath bar ice cream is just wicked awesome and their sugar free maple walnut is the best we’ve ever had. We love you jordans!

We enjoy indulging here every so often. Kids behind the counter are just as sweet as the Treats!

Ice cream = delicious, creamy. Price for quarts is very reasonable. Their cones are pretty good, decent range of flavors. Only complaint is that with the brownie sundae, brownie wasn’t that good.

Mind you, this is based on one visit. The person behind the counter was very charming. I’ve come here every year or two my whole life and the latest time(2014) the strawberry, which I’ve gotten every time, was a terrible peach-colored, chemical-flavor of something resembling strawberry. There were none of the lovely strawberry chunks that I’ve historically seen here. The waffle come broke into shards like it was all dried out whenever I took a bite. It’s not worth the calories, I threw it out. It’s a shame that the iconic ice cream place that has always been worth the hour round-trip seems to have traded margin for quality.

LOVE this place! We were visiting family who recommended we give it a try. There were many, many flavors to pick from and they kindly offered a taste-test option for those of us who had trouble deciding. We went with the Coconut Cream, which was super sweet and out of this world!

After a long hike in the area I was driving home and saw Jordan’s. I am rather picky about ice cream and wasn’t sure if I should give it a try. The one thing I thought would likely be a plus is that they ONLY sell ice cream. Any place that sells other food too doesn’t usually focus on the ice cream. Jordan’s just sells ice cream, that they make themselves and I have to say it was very good. It had a cone of the coffee and found it to be rich, thick, creamy and delicious.

I love, love, love this place! I am on a diet right now, and they even have low-fat stuff for me! It is the very very best homemade ice cream I have ever had. The service is wonderful and the feeling of family-run business is everywhere in the friendly service and fun atmosphere. Try everything because nothing sucks! The portions are gigantic. It’s not too expensive, but it can get that way if you get big stuff. But you get every cent’s worth and more. I miss it when they close for the winter. SO sad.
