Planned Perfection

Horrible. From start to finish Angela was a nightmare. Sneaky and unorganized. She booked another wedding on my day a month after I booked with her (after she specifically told me she didn’t). Even her mom told a guest at my wedding ‘my daughter spread herself too thin’. We went way over budget, she was MIA 80% of the time. I had to start all communication with her. Always had to talk about her life for her to respond to any of my questions. She adopted a baby 3 weeks before my wedding, which is her business, but then FOUR DAYS before my wedding that she wouldn’t be there because… she had a 3 week old. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A bride is beyond stressed and you should really let them know of any surprises as early as possible, but she waited until the very last minute. Infuriating. She doesn’t ever know what she’s talking about, always late and should not be in this business! I should’ve fired her when I had the chance, but atleast now maybe I can stop another bride from her trauma. Do not hire her!!! Ps– most of the 5 star reviews on her pages aren’t real brides. She’s just trying to overcompensate for the terrible reviews that she gets… like mine!

I can’t say enough great things about Angela! She made my big day stress free and a dream come true. She took the time to get to know me and was right on top of every detail. I could tell she genuinely cared about me and my wedding. It was a pleasure getting to know her. She took care of so many minor details and went above and beyond. Because of her my wedding day went flawlessly and stress free for me. Thank you Angela!!! :)

Planned Perfection is by far the worst event planning service I have ever come across.
Beware soon to be married couples! A known wedding website will not let us review this company on their website because we ended up breaking ties with them before our wedding day and we can not review her unless we actually used her on our wedding day. (which is bonkers I think)
BUT beware!!! ANGELA is the business owner and all the rave reviews on other websites are for Shannon. Not for ANGELA.
We just simply do NOT want any other couples to have to go through what we had to go through.
We feel like she did NOT do anything we asked her to do for us and we ended up breaking ties with her few months before our wedding day and we did NOT get our deposit back because we had already signed a contract saying non refundable deposit. We did take her to small claims court to get our deposit back but we ended up losing the case because the judge said that we already signed a binding contract saying that the deposit was Non-​refundable.
We can go on and on about what happened with her. We have so much we want to say but we have saved every single email from her and you will be surprised to see the things she said to us. Feel free to message us and we will let you know the whole story.
And we find it hilarious how all of a sudden, she has a 5 star review the next day we wrote this review. hmm… makes us wonder…
