Buyer beware, not just of this facility, but ALL Public Storage locations. We were given a competitive price to move in, but now 8 months later they are hitting us with almost 20% increase=an additional $ 70/​month! The local office directed us to call the national customer service # as they don’t get involved with rates and we were stonewalled… no flexibility or negotiation whatsoever. Looking into what additional actions we can take as consumers now. We have great credit, paid our bills on time every month, and this is our reward. Now we have to scramble to find a new facility and move… again! Good news is that there are other providers who do reasonable increases on an annual basis ~4%.
