I have been training at RayFit for just about a month and I have loved every session! There are new exercises and challenges each day so I never get bored with the workout. The instructors are always excited to see you and have amazing energy even in the early mornings. I look forward to continuing my package!

Update: It has almost been a year since I have started going here and LOVEIT more! I have lost a lot of weight as the workouts are constantly challenging my body. I feel the most fit I have in a long time and am always excited to go and workout here. Currently I do Group Personal Training(which is more strength training) and Body Burn. Awesome prices for the workouts, amazing trainers who are willing to go above and beyond for you and great times available. You feel like a part of the RayFit family when you join and I would recommend it to anyone no matter what your fitness level is.

I’ve been training at RayFit just shy of a year now and I’ve seen great gains in my strength and endurance. I’ve trained with a lot of trainers over the years and have had both good and bad experiences. I can say that RayFit stands out from the rest because of its trainers and their classes. At most gyms, it’s hit or miss with the quality of the trainers, but ALL the trainers at RayFit are FANTASTIC across the board. They are well versed in various exercise techniques, very attentive to injury prevention and modifications, and extremely motivating and supportive of their clients’ fitness goals. And to top it off all of the RF trainers are super nice and fun! As for the classes, every class is different but all are challenging for every level. It’s nice to know that when I attend a RayFit body burn class I’m going to get an awesome mix of strength and cardio that works out my total body. Every time I walk out of RayFit I feel strong and energized! So try RayFit, you won’t be disappointed!

Business is this place’s TOP priority. Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to find prices anywhere, here they are: (as of Spring 2014) for one-on-one personal training. 1 session: $ 115 5 sessions: $ 505 10 sessions: $ 965 20 sessions: $ 1830 40 sessions: $ 3480 80 sessions: $ 6580 I(foolishly) purchased 5 sessions a few months ago trying to slim down– and it was a total waste of money. This is a family business, which is always a crap shoot when it comes to quality. It is painfully apparent how they are much more concerned with hiring their less-than-qualified family members than actual trainers with certification and experience. I dropped half a grand to have some kid in their early 20’s look at their phone instead of paying attention to me, my form, and my exercises. Plus, the workouts are mediocre– nothing magical, like the price tag implies. But most importantly– I got the overwhelming sense that no gives a flying crap about me while I was there. Sure they smiled as I wrote the big check– but that was it. Don’t get sucked into the hype of «RayFit» like I did. You’ll be sorry.

I just wanted to update my review– RayFit changed my body completely and I looked perfect in my wedding dress :) I am continuing my 3x per week 1 on 1 sessions because it’s the best thing I have ever done for myself! Ashley is awesome and really kicks my butt every session! Ray, James and Scott are all wonderful! Highly recommend!

After trying out a few local gyms and trainers, I can confidently say Ray is the best personal trainer in Boston. He got me in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend Ray Fit to anyone looking to work hard and get in shape fast. With so many class options and a convenient location, there is no excuse for not going if you’re serious about exercise.
