Ok used stuff, nothing great but maybe that’s a reflection of Watertown and Belmont in general — pricey mediocrity.

I love consignment clothes. It is true it is a bit pricey for what they offer but I have also purchased jeans for 5 $-10 $. They could use a bit more items that are«hip» and bring prices down a tad but really, one great find and it is all worth it! The other store in Belmont Center has a bigger selection but is even more expensive. Again, I found a fabulous dress recently in the Center store with a few other pieces. The dress was $ 400(tags on it) to $ 75. So– as usual, hit or miss. I wore the dress and it was a lovely score for a gala event. Bring a bit more of your goods to Cushing Sq, you will get the people to come!

Staff were nice, but it was pretty overpriced for a consignment store.

Full of gems. Last time I was here I got: A gorgeous long sleeve Tory Burch top A classic grey J Crew Blazer A beautiful silk shell from J Crew A very expensive(if you pay retail) cashmere cardigan Usually you’re lucky if you can find one great piece at a thirft store. This place is full of new things, good condition, good brands. All this was well under 100.

It’s basically a used clothing store, with a few accessories and jewelry thrown in for good measure. I didn’t see any artwork on my brief jaunt through, but the lady behind the counter seemed friendly enough and the place was obviously well maintained.

Nice setup and organization, lovely displays. But I found the goods here quite pricey for what they were. Prices were well above what I expect to find in a consignment shop. Especially for basic brands. Even the red dot 50% rack items weren’t a deal. There are better options. I don’t think the staff paid any attention at all to us, not even to greet us or ask if we had any questions. I do prefer to be left alone, but in a little shop, it’s nice to be greeted. I started this review with a 2 star rating but gave it the extra star because there was nothing truly«wrong» with the store, I just think it’s pricey for what it is.

too much opportunity for being ripped off: I overheard the clerk, claims to «donate out» items the store has accepted, without notice to the owner, if she decides it’s damaged. she says she lost consigned items, and isn’t responsible for them. So how do we know that she hasn’t sold them and just doesn’t want to pay the 40% commission? I asked for more info to raise my comfort level, but the clerk was dismissive, kept insisting this is what all the consignment places do. maybe I’m too suspicious, but I wouldn’t consign my property for sale there.

What a great little shop! Excellent stock, great labels and sales as well. The clerk(owner? dunno, didnt ask) said they don’t take much jewelry b/c she does not know much about it. Let’s hope she learns some b/c they did not have much but it was great stuff. Great, great clothes and shoes. Some art that was $$$-$$$$. Had a good time, will return…

I don’t have much experience with consignment shops, but with the current state of the economy(and the fact that I got laid off last week), I know I will be frequenting them more often! I have a list of 5 to visit in the area. Hence, my first visit to Revolve. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well organized according to size and they had some really nice jewelry. The shop is run by a friendly lady. I bought a beautiful sundress, it was almost new, for $ 36. Wore it the next day to a bridal shower and got lots of compliments. Will be back again soon! The only problem was parking. I almost left the area because I couldn’t find a space.

I’m the«older sister» Vanilla P. mentioned; most consignment stores are way too trendy(and size 4) for me, and Revolve is perfect, an unusually good array of quality but not dowdy«wear-to-work» separates and not just play clothes. Combined with the artsy Zia outlet down the street, I may never have to leave the neighborhood to get dressed.

i already love this place. i went with my mom last week and we both loved it. the owner is lovely, personable and really has a great eye. the store is set up super cute. it looks like a boutique on charles street in boston, not like the«typical» consignment store. i loved that when i was on the fence about something the owner gave me her honest opinion, which resulted in me not buying the item. i will frequent this shop. great job and great addition to the neighborhood.

The clothing here is for an older age range. Please add a little more hip and happening styles. That being said, if you’re looking for something serious or for an older sister, it’s perfect.
