Have been going here since the 90’s. Very attentive, professional and reliable service. From tennis elbow to dislocated shoulder to strained lower back, I improve following Scotts program that is a combination of exercise and other therapeutic programs. Most of all, Marie, Scott’s wonderful assistant, is a delight to work with to set up appointments, billing issues, etc. Highly recommend! Paul

There is no way I can recommend Scott Ludwig enough to anyone suffering from any sort of pain. He has given me my life back. After just 4 or 5 visits, my back already allows me to sit, drive and travel without agony and I have been taught so many exercises and stretches to keep the progress going at home. He somehow knows exactly how to fix things. The last person I had gone to wanted to inject cortisone in my neck! Thank God I kept looking and found Scott! My neck is now a non-issue. When you go into his office, you may think that you are going into someone’s apartment. Everything is super low-key, which I realize is a sign that he really knows his stuff. I am nervous for the time when my visits run out, but I know that I will be fine because of the perfectly chosen«homework» stretches and exercises Scott gives me to do. My back pain is nearly gone. Most importantly, I now have the tools in place to help myself at home. As an aside, I have been complaining of my hip hurting for a long time to my doctor, who had sent me to a podiatrist(month wait) who then wanted to send me to an orthopedic doctor(over a month wait). After so much shuffling with no help at all, I cancelled my orthopedic appointment and decided to live with whatever it was. When I quickly mentioned my hip pain to Scott, he said, «Oh, your IT band. Use a foam roller.» So I bought a foam roller and my pain is gone. Doctors could learn a thing or two about the human body from Scott Ludwig! In fact, I wish they would!

Dr. Ludwig was great! He gave me exercises I could do at home with minimal equipment($ 10, bought at an unrelated store) to strengthen my knees, and after 8 weeks of doing the exercises(about ½ as much as I should have done them, because I’m lazy), my knees showed definite improvement! Dr. Ludwig saved me from having arthritic knees at 33. Insurance paid for everything(except the co-pay naturally), so I’m guessing that the reviewer that gave this Dr. a «1» rating didn’t have insurance and didn’t bother to do any exercises that Dr. Ludwig gave and then wondered why she never got better. Heat, massage and ultrasound technologies were used, as was taping my knee. Low-tech isn’t inherently bad!
