I originally purchased a Living Social Voucher. I was able to contact Jonna and my friend and I were able to meet and get a reading. Honestly, I’m not sure I «believe» in psychics since con artists can read you well, but she was able to tell me about my love one who passed and I did not make it easy. Also, she told me she saw issues around my throat and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism right after that with no symptoms. Contacted her again for a reading and did a phone reading that same day. No complaints and both experiences were enjoyable.

Unfortunately, I wholeheartedly agree with the previous 2 reviews. I had also purchased a LivingSocial voucher and had extreme difficulty with scheduling. Jonna was at first unresponsive to my VM and email. Eventually, after a few emails, she responded — I received several emails that came across as very unprofessional and rude. She blamed me for not following the rules listed on her FB page for contact. I told her I did not have access to FB and that per the LivingSocial rules, I were to contact her via phone or email. I wanted to schedule an in-person interview and had picked a couple dates(Saturdays) she had listed on her web site for in-person meetings. She told me that she wasn’t meeting people on weekends. When I asked her why those days were listed on her web site as available, she went ballistic on how busy and overwhelmed she was, in trying to accommodate clients, like me, who had«all the time in the world to email» and were not following«her rules» while at the same time trying to take care of her life, daughter and household… I left it at that. You can’t reason with a crazy person. The woman sounded like she was in desperate need of psychotherapy. Needless to say that I never had a reading and upon contacting LivinSocial, I got my money back.

I had almost the exact same experience as Vibino. I’ve actually used Jonna once before in 2011 and was satisfied with the reading(she was 75% accurate, but I have yet to see the rest of her predictions materialize and probably won’t see it happen), but it was very hard to get a hold of her to even GET to that reading. I bought a voucher from Living Social to get a 30 minute reading and contacted Jonna Kay to get an appointment set up. That part was actually easy. On 6÷7÷13, I was supposed to have a reading with Jonna. She said I had echoing on my phone, though I didn’t have an issue with it, so we postponed the reading for June 18th. I noticed that she had marked my voucher as used even though no reading had occurred. I e-mailed her about this and received no response. I then e-mailed her that I’ll assume on our next reading, she’ll be able to honor this same voucher. So June 18th rolls around and I didn’t hear from her, so I initiated the call to her only to hear her tell me that she forgot about our appointment. Ok, that was fine. But then she said she was hearing echoing again and needed me to call from a land line. Who the hell even has one of those anymore?!? I was able to hear her fine when all of sudden she hung up. I tried several times to call her back with no response and a voice-mail machine picking up instead. I left her a voice-mail to let her know that I would try and call her fro ma business line. Even calling her from that 10 minutes later, she did not pick up. So I e-mail her to reschedule. Nothing. Nada. Rien. Again, I tried to call her back from a business line only to have my calls and countless e-mails ignored. After several attempts to contact her I contacted Living Social to see what they could do about it. They reached out to her, and alas was able to get a hold of her on their first attempt. She fed them some good for nothing excuse about what happened and that she would reschedule with me. Well, folks, I have yet to hear from her and don’t expect to. I’ve really had it with this Jonna the Bitter Medium and trying to schedule anything with her. Her piece of crap scheduling system doesn’t even work and reaching out to her directly has left me with more unresponsive emails. I have so much negative energy towards Jonna the Unprofessional Medium and her business that I don’t even want the stupid reading anymore and took the purchase as a loss and a lesson. I’m sure this lady will wait until my voucher expires before even contacting and even that I’ll doubt she’ll even try. Poor customer service and a nasty attitude will only lead you to bad karma, Jonna.

Unresponsive and rude. Bought a voucher for 30-minute psychic reading in December 2012 which expired in April 2013 but couldn’t schedule a single appointment with Jonna after so many phone calls, Skype, Facebook, and email messages. When I finally got a hold of her on the phone, she was rude! Can’t comment on her psychic reading ability because I don’t know but if you can put up with her attitude then give it a try!
