ACS Overhead Doors

Got my double doors replaced from the 1950 style doors to a modern door which made my garage look so much bigger. Work was done on time and professionally done. I would highly recommend this company!

My spring on my garage door broke after eight years. Well I contacted AHS to have them take care of the repair but they didn’t cover it. My next option was to give Waco Overhead something an opportunity because that’s who AHS referred me to. That was a bust. Who makes their business calendar at the end of the day??? They do I guess. Well finally off to the Internet I went. I found Killeen Overhead Door repair. RUN FROM THEM. RUN NOW!!!
Lastly I found the diamond in the rough. I called ACS and a young lady, Amanda, picked up the phone. She’s a total sweetheart. Very sweet, professional, thorough, and knowledgable. She booked me for a free estimate, something these other jokers wouldn’t do, and came out the next day. This afternoon two extremely polite and professional gents came to the house, introduced themselves, thoroughly explained what they were going to do and completed the work expeditiously. They lubed the system, cleaned up, and went on their way. Thank you very much Amanda. You saved this old yet young man a lot of stress.
OH THE PRICE… Almost forgot that. They beat the pants off the competition. Thanks again Amanda and gents.

My garage door had a spring break as well as a motherboard go out. I have used other local companies with underwhelming results. You won’t be disappointed with ACS. They did quality work at an excellent price. They were honest and had great follow up services.

They are new to the Killeen/​Fort Hood area, but I’ve found my go-​to guy for all my Garage door problems and concerns.
My rollers had come off-​track on one side and nearly fell down. Which I’ve had this problem several times already, to where I’ve had the local, bigger name Garage Door repair company do several fixes and maintenance on it before, but after a few months, I’d have the same problems occuring again.
Well the other night it happened again. When I called the local company that I usually go to do the sevices on my garage. They responded as if I was a nuisance because I called like 10 minutes before they were going to close for business that day, and talked to me as if I couldn’t afford a $ 100 emergency service-​call, compared to their $ 65 regular rate. Yes I can afford it, but felt disrespected, so I decided to go a different route. I’m glad I did. Spoke to Mr. San Juan, owner of ACS Overhead Doors, and he was very professional and respectful. Told me about what time he’ll be there, and he arrived promptly.
Only this time, I had a whole new experience. This time I had a guy repair what was wrong, then after he fixed it, stayed around to actually evaluate what was causing the problem and found it. Once he found out what was actually causing the problem (I say again, I’ve had the other garage door company fix the same thing, which I always felt was a rush job, where they’ll come in, fix the problem and be on their way in about 10 – 15 minutes, not looking to try see what may have been causing the problem in the first place) he did the necessary steps to make sure it won’t happen again. Mr. San Juan, adjusted the cables, the spring tension, adjusted the tracks, and even replaced a hinge that was put in the wrong position. The whole time explaining what the proper adjustments were and what functions they serve.
That day, I went from being pissed-​off because I had to cough up more money for a service call to feeling that was the best $ 95 I spent on a service-​call! Yes, they are cheaper than the other place I was going to before. All the necessary adjustments Mr. San Juan did, and making sure all was in perfect order, he said all that was just a regular part of the service, meaning I did not have to shell out more money. ACS made sure I was satisfied with the work they had done before leaving, and on top of that, gave a whole year warranty on the work done!

Very pleased with this company. My wife bonked the garage door backing out because somehow it slipped down. I called several companies but these guys could come out right away. They were at my house in about 45 minutes. Quoted me a reasonable price and i had them just go ahead and fix it right then and there. Definitely recommend them.
