The last time I stayed there, I reserved a room for my next stay. Well, the front desk apparently are not allowed to book me the government rate, so I had to find an affordable alternative. I found Holiday Inn Express north of this location. I will only stay at the Hampton if I can’t get what I need elsewhere, they did not book me for the rate I paid last time, which was misleading. Clean hotel, but the front desk staff could be better.

Very thin walls! Cheap price, so I guess you get what you pay for? Friendly staff and helpful but this place would be better if it was build with quality in mind instead of as cheap as possible! Easy to find, just annoyed I can hear the guy in the other room talking and coughing!

Super nice hotel! We travel a lot and I’m picky — this was an excellent value. Well run, spotless, well equipped with fridge and microwave. Different room and bathroom layout that was very pleasant. Big walk in shower was a pleasant surprise — who would ever use a hotel tub anyway? Good breakfast till 10 (wonderful if you over slept) and in room coffee.

If you’re traveling in the Kansas City area this is great option. The rates were great! The staff was very accommodating, the front desk clerk came out and asked if we needed help with our luggage! The rooms were new, nice, and clean. The hotel had an indoor saltwater pool, so you didn’t have the awful smell of chlorine. It had a workout room and the breakfast had many option and the seating was spacious and nice. Overall it was a great experience!

Most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel– and I have traveled a lot. Hotel is nice for Belton and new, wish I could give a great review, but the staff I encountered lacked common sense and were quite mouthy. I’d recommend driving further into the city for a hotel where you will be treated as a valued guest.

REALLY nice hotel! Room and common areas were very modern and clean. Apparently it’s new as it certainly looks & smells like it. I was surprised to see an actual showier instead of a tub.
The only minor negative is that it’s located right off the interstate so there is a little highway noise, but honestly, it wasn’t that big of a deal. I’ll stay here again.
