We order take out ALL the time! I love it! They’re always on time and always make sure to stop by if they have free samples

I wish I could give less than one star. They messed up my order and would not fix it. Poor customer service! I was so disappointed because this is my favorite chain. Never going back.

I made the mistake by giving this place another chance. BIG mistake. Was worse than the first time. I’m thinking to qualify for employment here you have to be extremely rude and very unfriendly. If that’s the case the people working here should all be managers. Would not ever go back. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very surprised they are still open. The rating I would give is below what I can do here. Don’t waste your time here

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The order taker was rude and disengaged. other employees Observed her rude behavior and did nothing to intervene. I will not be back there again.

It’s ok… Of course they are fast, but I’m not a fan of my meat sliding off my sandwich. Both times I ate Jimmy Johns I was constantly pushing my meat back onto the sandwich. Also if you like any veggies just forget about it. They do put some on, but you never find them. The amount of lettuce is so small you don’t get a fresh crisp crunch. It’s seems old and soggy because it gets lost in the mayo. But they are fast!

I hadn’t had Jimmy John’s before last week, and now I’ve had it 3 times, can’t get enough of it.

No changing tables in the male or female bathrooms. Staff were rude and condescending. Went to Starbucks next door they had all the facilities we needed to take care of my daughter.

Unprofessional employees. Slamming things down, and yelling. About half the employees were seen eating and chewing behind the counter. I’m sure they have a place for a break. This was my first and last time here. On the board under 8″ sub sandwiches says all subs served with meat and cheese. When my turkey tom came out without cheese, I questioned them. They said only certain ones have cheese on them. So disappointed in the lack professionalism and care for customers.

I’ve been to about 5 different Jimmy Johns. They’re always very consistently good, except this one. The cucumbers were bitter and the tomatoes were not ripe. Overall the quality was not up to par with other locations I’ve been to. Bummer.

Loved the quality of the sandwiches! Great service and friendly people. I’ll pick this place over Subway any day of the week.

The sandwiches here are some of the worst I have ever had. The bread was hard and the veggies were soggy. I went to one in Round Rock before going here. It wasn’t much better.

Sandwiches were great. All of the veggies tasted fresh. I recommmend the club Lulu sandwich. The pickle was a little too tart for my tastes and they don’t deliver to south temple area.

Quick service(no kidding)… Good sandwich and tea… I found the crew to be polite and energetic… Plenty of seating and rather clean even after the lunch rush…

The sandwich was assembled very quickly but nothing remarkable about the food other than that — I mean, I can get the same or better at HEB. If you have never been to a Jimmy John’s, then I would recommend it if you enjoy having the staff stare at you and treat you like crap. When a customer says«My first time here» and asks for a to-go order, it might be considered good customer service to point out that it is self-service. In my case, I had to ask for napkins and a bag, and the clerk, who was less than arm’s reach away from the stack, couldn’t be bothered to hand them over from his side of the counter. He just pointed at them and muttered, «It’s self-serve.» Well, thanks for making me feel like an asshole. I won’t be back.
