Belton, TX
I lived here for a year. There are definitely A LOOOOT of students. The pool can be crowded with them listening to loud music especially at night. I saw a waterbug here once, but no big bug problems with me living on the first floor. There is a lot of dog poop everywhere. There’s a gym, but the elliptical had a really short stride, so I ended up buying a gym membership anyways. They also returned a lot of my deposit even though I didn’t feel I cleaned as much as I could have (that’s a plus). I just didn’t care for the complex and moved to Chappell Oaks. That’s a place more friendly for professionals and any one looking for quietness.
Overall, I think if you want a luxury apartment complex in Belton this is the one I would rate lower of the 3 options (chappell oaks, barton springs, legacy landing).

I feel safe living here, and so far like the mix of people who’re living here. Lots of families and young professionals. Definitely a welcome housing option for Belton!
