Seemed like they would be reliable but sloppy work first time around. They schedule times on when to do the work but never actually do anything just schedule more appointments. Finally last appointment was made. 2 hours before we called to confirm and received a text saying they decided not to do work for us. Wow! Find someone else who is dependable.

Manchaca, TX
Matt redid the grout in my parent’s kitchen on two counters at their house in Manchaca. It looked good afterwards, except that whenever a person wipes the counter, the rag wipes up a lot of white. Worst yet is that if we get the grout wet and rub it with a rag, it starts coming out like wet chalk.
My parents called Matt Haeffner, and he said the grout should have sealed itself, and suggested that my parents get sealer from Lowes and apply it ourselves. They’ve called him again, left a message asking that he come back out and see the problem with the grout he installed, and they’re waiting for a call back from him. Depending on how that goes, I’ll update the Unilocal review.
