Do not go to this place, they are sneaky people and scam your insurance company. They lie and don’t work with you once the work is done. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They will make promises they don’t keep.

Please avoid this business at all cost because the operators are shady. I thought I was going to a reputable shop that does fair business and boy was I wrong. To say the least I came to this company to repair the rear end of my vehicle after an accident. They made the car look decent to the naked eye, but did not repair any structural damage. It was not until I was involved in another accident I discovered what occurred. If you are not a seasoned professional aware of what to check for in repairs STEER CLEAR. Owners will pretend if they are attempting to help resolve your dilemma, however they are not. Basically will tell you whatever to avoid doing things properly. I lost about $$ 4,000 because I did the job out of pocket versus through the insurance company. If I would have used an insurance company I may have had more leverage against them. In conclusion keep all records when doing business with this organization because they will lie and tell you that they lost you records.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
1) Took my car in to have the driver’s door repaired (someone backed into it). Thought they would do good work, since I saw a lot of high-​end cars at their facility.
2) When I went to pick it up, noticed additional damage made by Mileone Collision Works to the bumper and door was not totally complete/​repaired. The bumper was dented on both the passenger & driver’s side; don’t know how it happened, but it wasn’t there when I dropped the car off.
3) Was asked to bring the car back to have these things fixed. When it was all said and done, I ended up bringing my car back 3 – 4 more times. Of course, each time they provided me w/​a rental. (On one occasion, they left a piece off of my car and had it sitting on the passenger’s seat. I had to ask them what the piece was for & why it was sitting on the seat!)
4) TERRIBLE work. BEWARE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
PS The secretary was also unpleasant. I hated having to speak w/​her every time I called.
