We had the pleasure of meeting Jerry at this fantastic Tiburon spot over the weekend. Jerry is an incredible host and his wine knowledge is fantastic.
When you find yourself in the area, make sure you stop by for a glass. The ambiance and service are unbeatable!

Owner Jerry Horn has created an amazing spot to taste wine and visit. Atmosphere is Great. Stop by and enjoy some wine.

Cute store. Jerry is my «go-​to» guy for all of my wine gifts. He knows his stuff! I have only pleased friends and clients with his recommendations. He’s also very conscious of budget and I feel I always get a bang for my buck. He’s been in the biz his whole life and has cultivated great relationships with his suppliers making him a great story teller. I dig the whole experience here at Tiburon Wine.

The finest selection of wines available in Marin County, hosted by Jerry Horn, a true shining star in the champagne and wine industry, from whom I’ve been purchasing wine for four decades. I rely upon Jerry’s knowledge, good taste, and purchasing skills to help in the upkeep of my personal cellar. I suggest that you do as well.

This is a great place to escape after exploring Tiburon yet it’s only a 5 minute walk from the main strip. Delicious wine and super friendly owners. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here, recently. Jerry made us feel extremely comfortable as we perused his tasting menu and found some wines and champagne that fit our budget and palates! They don’t call him «Dr. Champagne» for nothing!
We heartily recommend stocking up here for everyday bottles as well as picking up «something special» for an occasion.

Well well well… check out this new kid on the block. Tiburon Wine recently took over from the the previous wine merchant (Main St. Wine Bar & Bottle Shop). And the TibWine store/​tasting room is already making a huge splash in the neighborhood!
Located in downtown Tiburon’s Historic Ark Row, TibWine has seating for about 20 people inside & 8 folks on their cozy patio. The space is a cool spot for a casual yet sophisticated gathering (eg cocktail reception, birthday soirée, engagement party, etc.). They stock kick-​ass wines from all over the world with a special emphasis on local productions, including Marin-​grown Pinot Noirs, and a Marin-​grown Riesling. And if you dig bubbles (and I certainly do!), Tiburon Wine has you covered. They sell some of the best selections of genuine French Champagne in all of Marin County. And if you have questions about any of the merchandise, be sure to chat up the proprietor, Jerry Horn (aka «Dr. Champagne»). Some of you longtime Marin residents may remember him from when he ran Marin Wine & Spirits at the Cove Shopping Center. He’s just as knowledgable and peppy as ever.
Bottle pricing runs between $ 10 & $ 200, and they offer affordable «daily» tipples between $ 10 & $ 30. I’m sure if you wanted to save some $$, you could shop at Safeway or CVS. But if you really care about your vino and want to impress your friends with some tasty, off-​the-​beaten-​path varietals, you’d be hard-​pressed to find a better wine store in town.
Long story short — it’s better to shop (and drink) local. So if you care to do both, then I would recommend paying Tiburon Wine a visit.
