Good Greek diner. Right on rt 46. The food is good and the service is quick. a classic New Jersey diner. The menu has someting for everyone. lots of desserts too.

Service was great. Impressive menu with gluten free options like pancakes, wraps, pasta, home fries. (But ask because didn’t see on menu) Burger and brisket delicious. Having 3 children with celiacs we will be back.

What an incredible experience. Robinson is the BEST personality I have ever met at ANY restaurant anywhere. He made us feel so welcomed. He could give charm lessons to Gordon Ramsey. Not only was he wonderful to us but he charmed the children as well. I have never experienced a better dining experience. And I don’t expect to find its equal again. But I WILL go back to try. Simply awesome. Never met this fellow before tonight. But seriously he should open a school and teach servers how to do it right. Though I doubt you could really teach what this fellow possesses. Go there. The food was good the service was out of this world.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! you absolutely have to be served by Robinson. All 7 of us including the two young children at the table absolutely adored him. He was thoroughly charming… He went above and beyond in ALL MEASURES. We were all ecstatic. Our friends were up from Indiana and it couldn’t have been a more special experience. The food was great too!

I don’t go to diners for seafood, steaks, meatloaf, triple decker sandwiches or mile high pies. For me, there is only one meal to be had-​Lox and onion omelette, well done home fries and rye toast with a good cup of coffee. I’ve had this very same meal at dozens of diners throughout New Jersey. From the horrifically bad to mighty fine.
Here at the Belvidere, our omelette was just fine. But the hash browns were pretty bad. No flavor at all. Our server deserved five stars. Super friendly and she had her young daughter helping her.
Not bad for the area. We’ll be back.

1) Our waitress was wonderful. The service was excellent.
2) The price is affordable.
3) I got the chicken pot pie. It was excellent.
4) The 7 layer chocolate cake was great for dessert.

Decent place for breakfast lunch or dinner. With a classic diner menu you have lots to choose from. Good omelettes and pancakes. Paninis for lunch are pretty good and Rubens are very tasty. A bunch of good burgers with different topping try the Jersey burger topped with an egg and pork roll! Good food good prices.

Came here for a simple milkshake with my boyfriend. Was rushed to order (they didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks), and the milkshake was far below average. Chunky and tasteless. Probably won’t be back.

Three words to describe this place– dirty, dated, and decent. The decent is for the food. Ordered a breakfast with scrambled eggs (ok), crispy bacon– crispy but tasteless, and wheat «toast». The wheat bread was hardly toasted, thus the butter was hardly melted. Home fries were the best part. We sat at a booth in front window– dust, dust, dust and a big dead bug of some kind inches away from me. After returning from restroom, my girlfriend warned me. She was right. Lucky for me, the toilet was the cleanest thing in the restroom. Otherwise 40yr old dirty sink, and the radiator was literally ROTTING apart. Let’s put some money back into this place, folks! We barely spent $ 20 here so I guess it has some redeeming value. Will NOT be returning.

Let’s start at an unusual spot… after enjoying a perfectly reasonable diner dinner, we are presented with our check. It has an unexpected charge of 50 cents for two waters. Seriously ?
Then, when paying, the manager/​owner (?) asks how dinner was– when I reply, «good, but we won’t be returning». He asks why, I relate the above to him and he says nothing and just runs the credit card.

If we could give no stars, we would. But I can’t imagine why anyone would go here when there is another diner a half mile up the road.

Stopped here on the way home back from the Poconos. The food was average if you want pancakes going to the novelty IHOP would be the best choice. I ordered an egg white omelet which wasn’t flavorful and most importantly not completely cooked… yikes!

When it comes to diners, this place is perfect. I ate here with my parents on our way up to the Poconos. When I go to diners I know to keep it simple, and my cheese omelet and chocolate milk was excellent. Also, they had jalapeño peppers as a possible ingredient for omelets and it has changed my life forever (for the better)!
It was well-​light and very clean inside. All of the staff I encountered were very polite and we plan to stop here annually on our trip up to the Poconos.
Overall: A perfect diner.

Standard diner, food was tasty until boyfriend got food poisoning from a breakfast sandwich :(might give them another try, but steering clear for now.
Friendly staff though!
