This place is awesome!!! Dakota was awesome to work with! He is super kind and friendly and treated my project like his own!
Took my 2003, new to me, kawasaki mule to PBU to get a tune up/​check up and to have them fix a hard start issue. He got it back to me a few days after I dropped it off (earlier than we discussed). I ended up having some deeper issues with the mule, and he really helped me out by giving me advice on what to do. He could have sold me some parts that i needed but he told me where i can get them cheaper! Pretty genuine dude. I HIGHLY recommend anyone see this guy!
I know where i will take my business from now on! And I’m referring my friends to PBU!

Where do I start? These guys are absolutely awesome. First low cost top notch service. Took our 2 Yamaha motorcycles in for service. Dakota and Shawn not only did the service but fixed and adjusted a few things not to mention clean them for us! The guys know what they are doing. So now we found our shop and will be bringing our bikes back!

Time after time Dakota and crew has come through in record time. I have a multitude of bikes, 4wheelers and even a Chinese built extreme golf cart thing, they always get the job done. Dakota almost makes breaking stuff a welcoming experience he treats every customer like a friend and every project like his own, one would think he actually owns the shop I was surprised when he said that he doesn’t. As a business owner I know how rare this kind of dedication is. There are several shops closer to my house but its worth the extra miles for quality service with a smile.

Another great experience with Dakota and Shane. This morning I took my CanAM /​BRP ATV in for service and this afternoon they called and said it was complete.
They put new tires and ran an annual service for me. This past year I didn’t put as many hours on it so the invoice came in below estimate. They also advised that my battery was nearing end-​of-​life. It is seven years old so I expect it has had a good life.
I had considered buying the tires online and then having PBU install them. They charge $ 25 per tire. However, after shopping pretty extensively, the price PBU quoted was a little bit less than the median price I had found – and there were no additional shipping charges. Buying these tires over the Internet would not have been a good deal. So nice job guys on providing competitively priced-​part quotes!
I am always pleased to deal with these guys. I like supporting local businesses and am always amazed that I can find great businesses here in Ben Lomond.
Today I learned they are a BRP OEM /​After market service center and parts supplier. This is good news. I have lots of BRP toys.
The only irksome thing is that they charge 3% for credit cards. Personally, I would rather see the 3% baked into the price and then get a discount for cash. But the practice isn’t out of the ordinary for service shops.
All in all, a great experience and a well-​running ATV. I can’t ask for better.
While there I noticed that in addition to doing bikes and ATVs, they are also doing small equipment like generators. Good to know.
I’d highly recommend you consider them.

Needed to get some new tires put on my bike that I did not buy from PBU and they were more than professional about giving me a fair price and no hassles like other shops would if you had not bought the tires from them. Dakoda was great very professional and help me with a couple of other things on the bike I did not see. Will return for some other maintenance for sure.
