A note to start, this is a new location. The prior dine-in location has been closed for awhile. What should be a decent pie is ruined by poor management. I’ve had at least 2 orders made wrong in the past year since they opened this location. I’ve been made to wait on a carry out order 30 minutes after it was ready with barely an apology from the register worker(Dominoes across the street comped me a pizza and gave me a free drink when they made a similar mistake). And now they are out of all but thin crust mediums, and it’s only 7:30 on a MONDAY. Poor management at this location. Buyer Beware.

Fast turnaround from phone call to pizza pickup. A vast improvement from a few months back. Tasty pizza and friendly staff this visit.

Called last night to place an order. I was on hold for about ten minutes. When the young man did answer, he asked me not to order any pizza. He claims they were to busy and ask me call back in about 30 to 40 minutes. I was very surprised. I called back about in the allotted time and this young woman started taking my order. I started ordering and was asked if I wanted delivery, I said yes. She said it would be about 90 minutes. I said ok because i knew they were busy. I then placed my order. I ordered pan pizza. She said they were out of pan pizzas. I said how are you out of pan pizzas? She said you can have hand tossed or thin. I said no, I wanted pan and canceled the order and went to Papa Johns.

This place has been in business more than 30 years. I ate there frequently in the 80’s. The food was good but slow to arrive. I had to quit eating out for a few years. I decided to try it again recently. The first time I went, they didn’t have the ingredients to make the ‘fresh’ style pizza they advertised. The next time I went, their automated oven had a jam and no one in the kitchen noticed until everything was burned. Since the server was very sweet and apologetic, I waited for another pizza to cook.

I was staying at a local motel and had a craving for a pan pizza. The greeter was a female employee who looked at me if she saw an Alien or Devil in me! The place was warm as the outside temperatures were high. Anyhow the pizza was good and service was good as well. Although this place does not know what«smiling» means. So be prepared to be seated like as if you at a friend’s «wake» or something.

I don’t order pizza hut often. But I usually get the veggie lover stuff crust. I always order online. Last night was the third time I’ve received my pizza practically raw. I understand with the heaviness of the veggies, and with the natural water that cooks out of them can cause the dough to be soft. However, it can be done, if effort is applied. My husband’s pizza, which was hamburger and bacon, was quite undercooked as well. This, to me, is just plain laziness. Check the pizza before putting it into the box, if the pizza falls apart, IT’S UNDERCOOKEDANDYOUNEEDTOPUTITBACKINTHEOVEN. It’s not that hard.

Came here craving a pepperoni«pan» pizza. They took my order and brought out a hand tossed crust pizza. Told the waitress I ordered a pan and she knew that but said they were out of pan pizza. She said they attempted to make a pan with regular hand tossed dough. Told her I did not want this! How can a Pizza Hut run out of pan pizza dough? I will never come back here again. Pan pizza is what Pizza Hut is known for, but this location based on the other review, is known for always being out of various items. Pan pizza in my case! Bright side, my daughter’s persona pan existed so she didn’t have to starve. Even though they wouldn’t let her actually customize her pizza.

Went to this location for dine in dinner. Attempted to order a box meal, but they were out. Then attempted to order a personal pan, but they were out. FInally I said just give me a medium pizza. She came back and said all they had was large. Needless to say we got up and left. Friendly people, but no choices!

Arrived for the lunch buffet, greeted by friendly staff. Requested a black olive, mushroom, extra cheese on pan crust, manager-looking-type fellow happily obliged. Salad bar had limited options, but romaine, iceberg lettuce, carrot, potato salad and thousand island and croûton creation was pretty good… that is until an employee came by to tidy up the salad bar, and sprayed some unidentified cleaning substance around the salad bar ingredients taking care not to spray it on the salad bar items(!!!). Needless to say, I pushed my salad away. The pizza I requested was very good, although the cheese was skimpy, in contradiction to my «extra» cheese request. I suppose my experience was not inconsistent with what one might expect when dining in at Pizza Hut.
