We had smoke that smelled like an electrical fire was going to start. Turned power off and called Accurate. They arrived quickly and found the problem. It required a couple of parts that needed to be ordered. They rescheduled to return a couple days later. Before they left they set up a bypass and put a power surge on so we have power in meantime. They thoroughly checked everything before they left to make sure motorhome is safe until they return. Fast service, knowledgeable guys and courteous too. Cost of service call was surprisingly low. Can definitely recommend Accurate RV.

Let’s start off by saying that we always turn our propane off when we are traveling.
This time when we arrived and we turned it back on, we heard a leaking sound and could smell propane. So we immediately turned it off.
At the campground we are staying at they give you a park map that also has some local business’s listed inside. So we made a few calls and found Accurate to definitely have the best price.
We called on a Tuesday and were able to get an appointment for Thursday. Good deal, considering that this is summer and high season.
When we called my husband clearly explained what the issue was and all the where, whens and whys of our problem.
The technician actually arrived early on Thursday and said so I hear you have a propane leak. That was all that he was told. Needless to say he did not have the part/​s needed to make the repair. If the message had been relayed to him better he said he would have known what to bring out.
So he ended up having to go back into town, at least 30 miles away, to get the part needed.
He arrived back and fixed it in no time.
We were concerned that we were going to be charged for all that extra traveling time, but we were not.
All in all, we were very pleased with the service, the technician and the timely manner in which our situation was handled.
We have no problem recommending this company to fellow RV’ers.
