Sean towed me for parking in the wrong place (my fault, I know) but promised to get me a blank receipt if I had towing on my insurance policy (I did) so I called him several times, provided him with the info he requested such as my VIN, etc. but he kept making empty promises (he’ll call me back in a few minutes, etc.) but he never did call me or provide the promised receipt. Why keep blowing smoke up my *** if you have no intention of calling me or doing what you promised? What a waste of time. These guys are NOT reputable & I’ll never call them for my towing needs. Avoid!

Absolutely awesome service by Sean. My brother in law got in an accident in Bend and Sean went way out of his way in towing the vehicle, storing it, finding a repair and body shop, and interacting with my insurance company. I cant imagine a scenario where another tow company would provide as much value especially for someone unfamiliar with the area and out of town. Thanks again Sean!

Excellent company Sean went out of his way after hours to give us a town when we broke down in the middle of nowhere on hwy 20 east of bend with a broken fuel line. Not only did he give us a tow but he made phone calls to get us the part we needed. He also called and found us a nice hotel for the night. The next day he picked up the part for us and met us at the truck so we could get on the road. Thanks again Sean for going above and beyond what most people would do. I recommend Sean and his company bar towing to anyone who is in a tight spot.
